Join us for the 6th Annual JUNETEENTH IN THE BURBS, hosted by iCU Community Organization, NFP in partnership with the Township of Schaumburg (Premier Sponsor & Co-Host), Harper College (Event Partner & Co-Host), and the Schaumburg Township District Library (Founding Sponsor).
This free, family-friendly community event celebrates Juneteenth through history, culture, music, and civic engagement. Attendees will enjoy complimentary food, live performances, blood screenings, a blood donor station, photo booths, a Freedom Exhibit, iCU merchandise, on-site voter registration services, and more — all with free parking on the beautiful Harper College campus.
We need your help to make it all happen! Volunteers from Elk Grove, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, Rolling Meadows, Roselle, Schaumburg, Streamwood, and surrounding communities are warmly welcomed and encouraged to sign up.
