JourneyCare has been honored to serve thousands of patients and families throughout Lake, McHenry, Cook, DuPage, Kendall, Will, DeKalb, Boone, Kane and Winnebago counties. We have expanded our services to include 24/7 staffing, adult and pediatric palliative services and hospice care, inpatient hospice care, grief support and community education. JourneyCare is proud to have cared for generations of families, and thanks to the generosity of the community, we have never had to turn anyone away due to inability to pay.
